Our official check-in time is 3:00 PM
Early Check-in: If we have a room clean and available we welcome our guests to check-in earlier.
Our official check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our office opens at 8:30 AM but if our guests would like to check out earlier we encourage them to leave their key in the room and express check-out without needing anymore paperwork.
Parking is free and our parking lot can accommodate standard sized vehicles. Call for accommodating larger vehicles.
There is a maximum occupancy of 2 adults per room regardless of the room category.
The Sedona Hilltop Inn requires 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise there is a 1 night's stay penalty for cancellations after the 48 hour period.
You must be at least 18 years of age
to check-in.
The Sedona Hilltop Inn does not have any smoking rooms as it is a smoke free property. Please be aware that anyone who violates this policy will be subjected to a $500.00 smoking fee.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Traveler’s Checks and Cash. We do not accept personal checks or pre-paid credit cards as payment. You may pay for your Room and Tax with cash but a valid credit card will be needed to allow any guest to check-in to the hotel.
The Sedona Hilltop Inn provides in-room safes for every room. We encourage all guests to keep valuables in their safe. We will not be held liable for any missing items in the room. Any items left behind after a guest has checked-out will be held for a maximum of 60 days. Guests are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with the retrieval of their items.
The Sedona Hilltop Inn does not have roll-away beds or Baby Cribs.
Housekeeping service will be provided once a day between 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. If a guest leaves a “Do Not Disturb” sign on their door the Housekeeping Department will skip the daily service.
The Sedona Hilltop Inn provides Wi-Fi internet access in all our rooms as well as in the hotel common/public areas. This service is free and does not have a cost incorporated with the room rate. For whatever reason should the hotel Wi-Fi network be unavailable, a credit will not be applied for this free service.
All room rates are based on double occupancy (2 people). Should a guest book a room for 2 people and arrive at the hotel with an extra person(s). Then another room would have to be reserved or the guests will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be given. If another room is not available a charge of $40 per extra person will be added the final bill.
The Sedona Hilltop Inn is unfortunately not a pet friendly property and cannot welcome pets as guests.

If any of our guests are disturbed by loud noises from other guests after 9:00pm, they will be given one warning and then will be asked to leave the premises for the comfort and wellbeing of the rest of our guests.
